[TheForge] Propane Users tank sizes and usage

Well I can imagine the convenience of a larger, stationary tank, but
the fuel prices here (and most places I think) are a LOT higher if
they come fill you up. Maybe there is a trustworthy kid down the
street who'll help load & unload your tanks :)
