I met a guy who made a couple brands, he was from WY, and a buddy of
mine got one on his arm... my impression is that it is hot enough to
avoid infection, so long as it does not scar badly... human skin is
delicate enough that fine lines will scar together and become
indiscernable. Apparently, it doesn't hurt as much as one would
think, while being branded (stings/pinches/burns, but shock covers it
quickly)... might be sore for weeks :)
I think to safely sell any number of art/metal items, you have to
disclaim all liability. Customer is allowed to be as stupid as they
desire...
