The instructions that come with the harbor freight are good.  Big thing is
keep the work area and the work clean. Set up a spray booth. It doesn't have
to be much. Just an area that you spray in that you can vacuum up after you

Having an area that has a positive air flow away from you and through some
type of filter to capture the residual powder and a place to hang your
parts.

Folks,

Do we have any one out there who does powder coating?
I wan to learn how to do it, and also how to avoid the
mistakes.

I don't have the gun or the basic kit, but I do have a
compressor and a good size oven.
