Bob,

Initially I was going to make a griddle plate but after thinking about it 
and considering what everybody said I decided to make the grill instead. 
The customer gave me the option of doing either.  I thought the grill design 
would be lighter and easier to manage.  No food is going to touch it, just 
small(3 and 4") sauce pans. That's why the square stock.  I told the guy 
$130 apiece for these things and he requested a proposol and drawing, 
probably to show someone else to try to get them cheaper.  It's getting tuff 
out there in my neighborhood.
