Dan in Auburn, that is one of the problems. Someone has to be "in charge".
Every one of the conference chairmen have burned out. We didn't have a
volunteer for the conference chairman position for 2008. The
Conference Chairman requires "Time, Temperament, Talent and Treasury"
according to Dave Koeneg the 2004 CC.
time: It will require 40 or more hours a week for at least a year.
temperament: One really has to have "people skills" here.
talent: Chasing numbers, doing contracts, balancing the budget, and
still make money.
treasury: Job requires many site visits, huge telephone bills, etc.
Contact Dave Koeneg tudorforge at sbcglobal.net for more information.
