Yeah Bob, servers can ban a user though I don't think 
it's PC to call it a blacklist. All kinds of things can 
get a person put on a banned list, sometimes it's your 
ISP, sometimes it's just your part of the country. A 
lot of it is done by robot agents that decide if too 
much spam or other undesirable E-mail is coming from 
your E-dress, server, ISP, whatever. Sometimes nobody 
on either end knows what's going on. It's a big complex 
web we surf.

Sometimes unsubbing and resubbing works, sometimes it 
just locks you out completely. Getting some help from 
the Admin is a good idea. I think Dave Mudge the
