[TheForge] allstates, thanks Frosty

I bought mine after watching it heat, cut and gouge; I
already owned a small mig rig so welding didn't come
up. The rep didn't volunteer anything specific about
welding as I recall but he went on about it's brazing
and soldering characteristics.

I tried the thing for brazing and was impressed enough
compared to oxy acet. Butt brazed 1/2" sq bar folded
almost flat before it started to fail. I just don't do
much brazing either. This may change down the road as
Deb likes working copper, brass, etc.

I wasn't impressed with the "instructions" myself;
while it wasn't a sales pitch it wasn't very
instructional either. The thing is, once you have it in
the ball park the self metering prop regulator
eliminates the need for fine tuning. Sure there's a
best setting but close works well enough most of the
time.

Still, I'd sure like to have detailed instructions and
maybe a chart.
