[TheForge] Mechanical Power Hammer Plans

This looks basically like a revised version of the
plans for the Rusty/Dusty power hammers that are sold
through the Applachian Blacksmith's page.  Not sure 
if those should be out there for free or not, but I'm
going to take a look at them and not buy plans now.
