No, they won't sort themselves out. They don't need to be bonded chemically to remain mixed. That's the nature of gases. Once mixed, it takes work to separate them.
All bets are off if a phase change occurs, though.

Why do you say 'impossible'? They are not bonded chemically, and since the two gasses have different weights, couldn't they sort themselves out? On the other hand, I would think that just opening the valve to release the gas would mix up the insides pretty well.
