What type of stainless steel, I would say 1/4 for the
bottom plate and something like 10 guage for the
sides.

I have a small MIG welding for the tack welding and a
Tomnstone to do the seam around for the sides. What
electrodes for the side seams 308/308L, 309/309L or
316/316L

Am I on the right track for making this from
stainless?

I figure the legs I can use black iron pipe, and find
some wheels to make the movable.
