Terry, if the chair is not powered, then a simple slide out ramp should do. Light, easy to move, quick. You did say that someone else was loading correct? Perhaps 3/8 ply with some 1X2 ribs. sandwiched between. Nobody would probably want to walk it but it would be more than strong enough for the chair. Mike Graf
