Dan,

The switch plate covers are by Mindy Gardner of Farmer City, Il.  Their 
website is at   http://www.floodplainforge.com/links.htm  Mindy does 
fantastic work.

Mindy and Mark are at the John C. Campbell Folk School this week taking a 
class from Tal Harris.  (They also teach at the school.)  I printed a copy 
of your email and will drop it off with Mindy.
