[TheForge] Repousse switch covers

A friend of mine is looking for some custom covers for light 
switches, and outlets.  When asked about such a thing I quickly 
remembered the gallery at the 2002 ABANA conference.

But when I took these photos I didn't get the artist's name.  Does 
anyone recognize who made these, and perhaps even have contact 
info?  I may have a customer for them.
