Kansas City area sounds good to me. Although I am only 100 miles away means 
I could be biased. Bonner Springs on the Kansas side. Has a lot of different 
facilities, the Ag Hall of Fame, The Expo center out by KCI, the American 
Royal, it's a bit closer to down town but easy to get to and has all the 
accomidations. Shoot that's where the largest horse show in America is held 
every year. May be pricy though. Expo Center out by KCI would be a really 
good choice. Easy to get to proximaty to hotels and food. They have a nice 
gun and knife show there every year. There is countless places in the Kansas 
City Area. There is a minor leage baseball stadium (Kansas City T-Bones) out 
by Kansas Speedway that would be about the right size, though I would think 
the middle of baseball season would be out. I imagine they have a bigger 
draw that the Royals right now. Whole bunch of other places in the 
surrounding counties too.
