Just some thoughts off the top
 
In light of reduced responsiblities re conferences:
 
1. Reduce the ABANA board by half. 
2. Reduce the membership costs accordingly
3. Focus on supporting regional conferences
    3A. Advertising
    3B. Provide a demonstrator if requested
    3C. Followup AR or HB coverage
    3D. Maintain a significant liason interface with  all chapters
 
4. Provide better coverage on equipment, supplies, shops, vendors, etc in  
the AR.
