Frosty,
I knew we could trust you to come up with a
food-related application. You'll get rich if you can
make a machine that will simulate the qualities of
hand-made tortillas.

Since I've been put back on WC I've been pretty bored.
I started baking bread again and both Deb and I are
hoping we don't baloon out as a result.
I have yet so see a machine that can simulate hand made
baked goods and if I invented one it'd take all the fun
out of it. I bought Deb a bread machine a few years ago
and we enjoyed it well enough but it's been collecting
dust for quite a while. I don't care how you tweek it
bread machine bread just isn't the same. Even using the
dough hook on your Kitchen aid mixer takes something
from the bread.
So, even if I invented a tortilla machine that made
"same as hand" tortillas I'd still make my own by hand.
No spit though, I'm not THAT traditional. <grin>

If it ain't forged
it ain't real.
Wrought iron is.
