[TheForge] Foundry heat source

Craig,
I want to make two or three of these burners, and they
will be outside a lot of the time. My casting area
will be a big sand pile with a steel roof over head
during the summer months and then I will put sides on
it as the fall comes around. This will be a pole barn
of sorts.
I know that I will have to "warm up" stuff that has
been out doors for a while.
behind the barn is 50 sheets of 4' x 12' corrugated
steel roofing to work into building where needed. I
will get my 4 x 4 posts from the Amish mill down the
road. I figure if I tar up the post where I will
concreting them in to ground that will keep them from
rotting.
