tinsmithing is just an example. if the person wanted to take
basketweaving and was physically capable of basketweaving that would be
fine.

cooking classes, woodworking, metalworking, etc. the course being taken
is not the goal. the goal is to provide the person taking the course
with a new or improved skill level that will help them in having a
respite from their circumstances whatever those circumstances may be.
