	All I can think of is a diamond core drill.  Sink the hole at least 6/4 
dee (2" probably a lot better) then make a very small set of feathers 
and wedge... or just the wedge for a job this small.  The wedge should 
have not more than about 1/2* to 1* of taper.  <tap> <tap> <tap> <POP>. 
  You should be good to go.

Of course, you could save yourself all this trouble if you ask her for a 
nice block of limestone.
