Don, Chinese Diamond core drills cheap and effective in hard stuff...build a little clay damn around the hole and fill it with water...put the core drill in a slow drill press and pulse ther pressure so the water can get under the bit...break the core loose when you.ve gone down the depth of the bit and repeat.....pete f
