	Cardinal rule of negotiation: first party to mention price loses.  You 
did well.

	As for capacity, look at the chuck sizes and perhaps double it.  If you 
have a 1/2" chuck, you can *probably* get away with 1" +/- depending on 
hos the heads are geared.  Hard to say without seeing the machine, or 
better yet, trying it out.
