[TheForge] Carring Propane in a car

Propane tanks have an over pressure relief valve. In a hot car, the
pressure can go overboard (particularly on a full tank) and it can fill
up with propane/air mixture rather quickly. Open the door, spark and
the inside light comes on (the switch inside the door frame), and boom.
They have good pix at the local welding supply store of vehicles with
improperly stored cylinders in various states of disrepair.
