Hand forged nails out of a nail header
Small horse shoes
Some of the locals do a tomahawk that fits a pencil
Sword out of a 2 headed nail (my dad called them renters nails.  Door could
be nailed shut if no rent but easy to re open after rent was paid)
Friederick split cross (I use 3/8 square presawn with band saw.)  They open
up like magic and can be strung on a small cord used as a necklace.

I'm doing my first demo over the August Bank Holiday at the Inland Waterways
Festival in St Ives, Cambridgeshire - that's in the UK ;-)
 
Would anyone care to make some suggestions about little things to make? I'd
like a range of traditional processes but no grinding or welding ~ although
preparing 'blanks' in advance is ok.
