[TheForge] Demo ideas

Rich,

I'd suggest small things you've made so many times that you're bored with
making them. That way when you have a crowd and everybody is watching you
will look like a pro. Some items I've made are key rings, Russian rose,
dinner triangle (cowboy style), snack triangle (just a small version of the
dinner triangle), S - hooks, J - hooks, put a horse head and tail on a horse
shoe, steak turner, camping tri-pod, bottle opener, heart wall hook, coat
wall hook, grill fork, etc. Just make sure you've made at least 10 of them
before doing it at a demo. Be sure to make a check list so you don't forget
anything. Good luck and have a lot of fun!
David

I'm doing my first demo over the August Bank Holiday at the Inland Waterways
Festival in St Ives, Cambridgeshire - that's in the UK ;-)

Would anyone care to make some suggestions about little things to make? I'd
like a range of traditional processes but no grinding or welding ~ although
preparing 'blanks' in advance is ok.

Cheers,

Rich.
