[TheForge] Arthritis

[Jerry Smith]

Jeff,

I have my arch supports, the doctor thinks that this
was from the years that I ran on pavement in my army
boots and then hyper extending my toes several times
over the years.

Plus I am too stupid to put hot metal down in the
middle of forging, to let my feet and arms rest.
