[TheForge] Arthritis

I know I'm kind of late to this thread, but I thought I'd bring this up
just in case. It's an easy, low-cost thing -- have you tried arch
supports? I'd think that the foam ones would wear out after a while, so
you might consider trying some new ones. Or maybe trying those real
thick wool socks? I think they are made by Wigwam. I know it won't help
with the arthritis itself, but it might provide more support and help
relieve some of the pain.

Subject: [TheForge] Arthritis

Guys and Gals,

I have developed arthritis in my left foot, the doctor
has me on some stuff for it, but still hurts at the
end of the day.

Any one have realistic methods for calming the pain?
This pain occurs after lots of work in the shop or if
I am walking.

Thanks,

Jerry
