Charles,
I work on my mini farm, this forging thing has some
exercise value to it, and when I hit the couch, I stay
there.
I have mine under control, that is the way to have
diabetes. Many people have it, and some states are
leaders in people having Type 2 Diabetes.
I can't go walking along the road for exercise, that
is suicidal in my neighborhood, as that I am out in
the country on a major state road and the cars go
about 65 mph on winding roads.
But on Earth Day I planted 10 buckeye trees in the
back of the hay field. I walked back there.
I am digging out a couple of tree stumps. So life is
doing healthy things.
