hello;

would anyone know how handicap friendly Thresherman's Reunion Park,
Pontiac, Illinois is? would a person using an electric wheelchair or electric
scooter be able to get around without help?

yes, i am asking for myself. the 11+yr legal/medical nightmare has taken
a heavy toll in the past months.  i now spend a good portion of my day
in a manual wheelchair. i am waiting on an electric wheelchair and an
electric scooter ( for those more rugged terrains ).
