I'm not sure I understand the need to have a "title" to enjoy metal 
mangling.
Call yourself a master if you want. All it will do is cause a few snickers 
from established smiths.
Call yourself an "experienced begineer" and you might draw the admiration of 
established smiths for being so humble.
I don't think one will ever "master" the steel. Bend it to will-yes.
Guild  is a cute name for a blacksmithing club.
