[TheForge] coke vs. coal

Thanks! That give me some insight into which to use. I do have two propane
forges, but after seeing Dorothy Steigler do her thing this last weekend at
the Balcones Forge in Marble Falls, Texas, I'm wanting to fire up my coal
forge and see if I can learn how to manage the fire. I think I better start
with coal, then if I want to work with coke later on, I'll do so. In fact,
seems like a person could run coal all the time, and when forge welding, put
a handful or two of coke in the forge and let the coal ignite it, then use
it?
Thanks for the replies.
