Nice....Find out on that smaller version for me if ya can, I would
appreciate it. Where is it located?

I am going to FAZZIO's Sat.!!! Wooo hoooooooooooo....Going to buy all I
need for the hammer build except the anvil. Will determine the height of
that once all the other parts are mock mounted....And that piece of 6" I
was quoted around $175. That was for a piece 26-30" if I recall
correctly....Which reminds me, does anybody have a link to a weight
calculator for such pieces of steel?

Thanks
Mark

Really!
Took about 90 minutes, IIRC.
We used Josh's power hacksaw because Marshall's horizontal bandsaw
couldn't accomodate the piece. Even if we HAD been able to lift it in
place. (Junkyard wagon axle shaft, maybe 6' long, something in excess
of 500#). Josh has a crane over his saw. This saw is large-scale,
using those blades that are ~14"x1", maybe 10 tpi. However, it really
doesn't cut any faster than a hand hacksaw. Just a lot easier on the
arm!
I think Jeff has a smaller version for sale at Marshall's shop.
