[TheForge] rr spike knife

Back down the road a ways, after making a few "skinning" rail road spike
knives, and finally figuring how to make rr spike knife with a straight
forged edge, I decided that the Arab Semitar  however it is spelled, came
originally from a frustrated smith, who couldn't figure how to forge a
straight edge.

By the way, my  HC RR spikes better than I would have guessed.
