Any time you are trying to forge a bevel on a single edge blade bend the 
stock in an arc before you start the bevel. Forge the bevel on the inside 
of the arc. Doing so will straighten the arc out  while you are forging . 
If there is any curve left from the arc it is easily  like you straighten 
any other piece of stock with a kink in it.
