[TheForge] Plate fixing methods

Rich-
How about sinking some pieces of sheet into a pleasing cuplike shape 
(round, pointed, box, etc)  and mig welding in place thru a little hole 
over the nuts after installation.
File the weld spot clean and color to match.
Assuming here that the installation is permanent.
