Turkey day number one, on thursday, is dinner at a friends for a dozen 
or so, my friend Ann-Marie is making a turkey, my wife is barbecueing a 
couple of dozen oysters, and I am supposed to make mashed potatoes.
Traditional italian soup to start, with Capaletti's- kinda mini half 
moon raviolis with parmesan herb filling. We made several hundred of 
them a couple of weeks ago, and froze em. Tablecloths and cloth 
napkins.

Turkey day number two, saturday night, potluck party for 50 to 100 at 
my place- big bonfire, spiral cut ham from Costco, and a smoked turkey 
from the barbecue place in town. Paper plates and plastic forks.
