Doesn't really matter, as long as it's one of the ones with real
ingredients and fruit, rather than the ones that are half artificial
flavors and preservatives. The flabor I choose depends on my mood and
the availability- usually some kind of berry, although I've bade it
with reduced apple cider (with just a hint of cinnamon) as well. What
you're trying for is a richness of flavor to complement the richness
of the duck.

Yeah. I got kinda burned out on turkey at one point. Don't actively
dislike it, but it's not my favorite poultry. Duck is ;-) And, I don't
like white meat- it's too often too dry, and duck and pheasant (my
other favorite poultry) are both all dark meat.

Plotting and planning already ;-)

Heat it up
Hit it hard
Repent as necessary.

Has anyone seen my temper?
I seem to have misplaced it at Stalag XXXV....
