OK all of you electric motor guru's I have a motor about 1 1/2 hp capacitor start 3/4 inch shaft 6 wires coming out of the motor 1 3 4 5 7 8  I grouped 3 together 1 3 5 & 4 7 8 , it runs but not right. makes noise and doesn't run fast enough. Does anybody have info on how to wire up for either 220 or 110. Thanks
