Try a heavy truck shop, fleet shop or tire shop. Truck 
wheels get replaced pretty often as they take a real 
beating. It doesn't take much of a ding to get one 
tossed. I could probably bring home 4-5 a month from 
the scrap bin at work and our fleet is only about 30 
trucks.
