[TheForge] Plate for my post vise

I have a similar sized vise. It is mounted (if I remember correctly) on
*two* 1 1/4" thick, 21" diameter rounds. The vise is sort of halfway to
one edge, and I have a table off the back of it for tools and such. The
biggest problem I have with it is getting it flat to the concrete, I
should probably put in some feet. It is movable, but not easily, unless
I am bending something, then it will move at will (its will, not mine).
