I have seen the adjustable ones like below at several demonstrations.
Another way to make forks for the hardy is weld short pieces of round on
what ever square stock fits the hardy.  Use two different round
diameters such as 1/2 and 5/8 make a second with 3/4 and 1 or any
combination you want.  This gives several different radius to bend over.

For adjustable bending forks use 2 pcs of angle with a pin welded to
each. Put in the vice instead of the anvil and adjust to the bend you
want. Simple; made from scrap.
