Agreed. It seems it may be a great steaming pile. The chemical
properties of H, O and H2O are well known. Once I saw reference to
"HHO" gas, my great steaming pile alarm went off. It may be that they
have discovered a more efficient way electrolyzing water, but the energy
required to break the bonds is, for all practical purposes, constant, so
all then can hope to achieve is the lowest possible losses due to
inefficient application of energy. The other thing that set my great
steaming pile alarm off was the fact that his car doesn't run on just
water, but on water and gasoline. If the water fuel is so good, as they
seem to imply in the clip, why would he need the other fuel capability?
And then there was the statement about water being the safest,
cleanest source of energy in the world. Unless you can generate x units
of energy from hydrogen by expending Y units of energy, where x >= y,
the statement is not quite the truth. Other energy inputs will be
required. Last I checked, conservation of energy remain in effect,
which is to say that there are no free lunches.

The faint but unmistakable scent of baloney is on the air. I may be
wrong, of course, but this one seems like just another... well... great
steaming pile.
