Frosty,
This torch is beginning to sound familiar. There was such a torch being 
advertised on some UK site several years ago. As I recall, they were looking 
for 'investors' (which in my view would be spelled somewhat differently, 
beginning with an "s" as well as ending with one). And, you should know that 
the only gas that will weld steel is acetylene, because of all the free 
carbon it has available.
