[TheForge] A blown, fuel-injected forge

I haven't tried this approach, but it wouldn't be hard to do.  Salvage the 
burner from an oil fired heating system.  It comes with the blower, fuel 
pump, ignitor, and draft controls.  Seems like a good idea; I really don't 
know why it hasn't caught on.
