I have a portable grill I can throw in the back of the truck- its big 
enough to do a salmon on and still have room for some oysters or 
sausages- its stainless, as when you cook oysters, the salt water and 
heat tends to rot out regular mild steel grilles pretty quick.
I will grab some oysters from Blau, our local oysterman, as well.

My favorite way to cook salmon is a quick marinade of garlic, soy 
sauce, and mayo- sounds kinda wierd, but it glazes right on and makes 
for a light, but tasty glaze. With good fresh salmon, you dont want 
much on it- and you dont need to cook it much- pink inside is good.
