Jerry- I am sure I can round up a salmon- there are several fishermen
in Bellingham who sell fresh troll caught salmon off their boats in the
harbor. But thanks for the offer- too bad you cant just nip down here.

Phlip- is there a barbecue? Best way to cook a salmon, although, of
course, the oven will work.
Let me know before you leave for WA. what your last known approximate
head count is.
I admit sometimes I do get burned out on salmon, especially spoiled
because I know a lot of fishermen, but I cant imagine not liking it at
all.

Anyone eat a few oysters if I bring some down?
Within a couple of miles of me are a few oyster beds- I can bring a
couple dozen, or more, quite easily. I just throw em on the barbie till
they pop, then hit em with Sids Special sauce- olive oil, oregano,
garlic and habanero peppers- they are quite tasty.
I know a lot of people wont eat em at all- but around here, we guzzle
em down, cooked or raw- yum!
