Dead sheep? Knifemaker Ed Fowler has tried it he says, but no matter what
he added to the meat, he couldn't make it palatable. Of course, he was
probably talking about big horn ram meat, since that's where he get's his
handle material. If you guys would just have that meeting in Texas, we
rustle up a herd of longhorns and have BBQ'ed brisket, just start smoking it
at 4 AM to be ready by 7 or 8 PM. I have to admit though the sausage and
salmon really sounds good. Wish I could be there!
