[TheForge] Welding Rod- 6013?

I keep my 7018 rod in 20MM ammo cans.
South Mississippi is so humid that they are put in a rod heater about 2 
hours before welding with them.
I have to pop the top on the rod box 4 or 5 times to let the moisture escape 
or else it condenses and drips back on the rod. The rods are hot enough to 
burn your bare hand when they are ready to be used.
My welder is an old Lincoln 200 amp stabile arc pipeline special.
