That all depends. If somebody with enough time and strength removed my 
shop totally, and I wanted to use the insurance money for replacement of 
my stuff in toto, or if I was coming back to smithing and knew what it 
was that I wanted, even the final 7 grand plus wouldn't be unreasonable, 
if things are as serviceable as promoted.

Having a shop, equipped for my needs, does cut the value, for me, 
considerably also. There might be a piece or two that I'd like, but the 
rest would be a disposal issue.
