How is ProPay on disputes?  I was interested until I read their "legalese" and 
it basically said that in the event of a dispute, I was screwed.  

I have only had one incident with them in which a customer did not recognize my bill on his credit
card and disputed the charge. I eventually collected okay. I suspect they are about a little better
than most but mostly a necessary evil. They do process rapidly and I can get cash in hand
fairly quickly and with minimal effort.
