Good idea Mike! I'll keep my eyes open for a schooner 
deadheading from Bob Bergman's neighborhood to Alaska. 
<grin>

Of course there's always the chance I'll find one of 
the semi-rare hammers from an old mine, RR shop or 
ship's chandlry up for grabs. I had a part ownership in 
a Chambersburg Utility hammer in the 300lb. range a 
decade ago but got burned on it. Anyway, weirder things 
have been sold for reasonable in these parts and 
believe me I'll buy before I build, if I can afford it.
